Porsche collector’s DTLA loft hits the market for $20M

Walker, a fashion designer and car enthusiast, paid $920,009 for the loft 24 years ago, according to property records. He set up the 11,200-square-foot second floor as a living area, while his Serious Clothing label — which counted Gwen Stefani and Madonna as fans — was downstairs.

Walker’s loft has served as a set for movies, commercials and music videos featuring Kevin Costner, Mary J. Blige, Heidi Klum, The Eagles and other stars.
